To ensure a safe and positive environment, each cheerleader is placed in a squad based on age. Our program is a non-competitive recreational activity with no cutting of squads.
Age Requirements: 4-14 years old.
Lead the crowd with your Gator Youth spirit! Join the Gator Youth cheerleading squad and fall in love with this fun, popular sport. Our squads build self-confidence, teach sportsmanship and create lasting friendships among the cheerleaders.
REFUND POLICY: Cheerleaders may withdraw at any time. Fees may be refunded up to the last Friday in July. After this time all administrative fees have been paid and uniforms ordered so 100% refunds (minus any fees) are no longer given. A non-refundable $25 administrative fee is charged for all withdrawals except: (a) if Gator Youth Cheer is unable to field a squad due to lack of participants, a full refund of the registration fee will be given to everyone signed up for that squad. The late fee is NOT refundable.
NOTE: GYFC reserves the right to assign and combine squads and will not offer 100% refund if squads are combined. The late fee is NOT refundable. Any credit/debit card processing fees are charged by the card processor, they will be subtracted from the refund (unless the squad was not fielded by GYFC) and are non-refundable at any time. Any fees charged for checks are charged by the bank and not refundable at any time. All fundraising items and equipment issued must be returned in good condition BEFORE any funds are refunded. If these items are not returned and in good usable condition fees will be deducted and/or charged based on the cost of the equipment/uniforms. If your child is removed due to misconduct or violations by parent or child all fees are non-refundable.
