2022 Fall Football

The Gator Youth Football Fall Program is for participants aged 4-14. There are no residency requirements to participate. To participate players and their families must:  
  • Provide a copy of the players birth certificate before the 1st practice
  • Submit $90 Flag or $160 Tackle football registration fee which covers the annual fundraising fee, helmet, pads, pants, 1 mouth piece. Addt’l mouthpieces $1 in snack shack. All equipment except for jersey and mouth piece must be returned at the end of the season.
  • Uniforms: All athletes must order their jerseys via the link to be provided. Returning players may reuse their Jersey or order a new Jersey. Flag football is responsible for ordering their own black mesh shorts.
  • $75 late fee after July 22nd
  • Complete application and sign releases
  • Read the Code of Conduct (acknowledged during registration)
  • Submit completed West Jersey Youth Football League Players Agreement
  •  Complete scheduled league weigh-in
  • VOLUNTEER: Participate in 2 volunteer activities each season per athlete registered. Note: All athlete’s family will be assigned a volunteer activity. The assigned volunteer activity will be posted at the field and on the website. It is the family's responsibility to ensure that someone completes the assigned volunteer activity. The athletes account will be assessed a $75 fee for each volunteer activity not completed and the athlete will not be able to participate until it is paid. If the family cannot complete the activity as assigned it is their responsibility to find someone else to switch with or complete the activity. 
  • The Team Parent will assign team support activities such as bringing game day oranges, bring game/event day snack, make signs, make bows or other activity.

REFUND POLICY: Players may withdraw at any time. Fees may be refunded up to three weeks before the scheduled league weigh-in. After this time all administrative fees have been paid to the league and uniforms ordered so 100% refunds (minus any fees) are no longer given.
  1. A non-refundable $25 administrative fee is charged for all withdrawals except: (a) if Gator Youth Football is unable to field a team in a particular division due to lack of participants, a full refund of the registration fee will be given to everyone signed up for that division. 
  2. Any credit/debit card processing fees are charged by the card processor processor, they will be subtracted from the refund (unless the team was not fielded by GYFC) and are non-refundable at any time. 
  3. Any fees charged for checks are charged by the bank and not refundable at any time.
  4. All fundraising items and equipment issued must be returned in good condition BEFORE any funds are refunded. If these items are not returned and in good usable condition fees will be deducted and/or charged based on the cost of the equipment/uniforms
  5. If a jersey with your child’s name has already been ordered the cost of the jersey will be deducted from the refund. You will be notified when the jersey is scheduled to arrive and can pick it up at the club house during the season at a regularly scheduled practice
  6. If your child is removed due to misconduct or violations by parent or child all fees are non-refundable. 
  7. No more than a 50% refund if a player does not make weight and is unable to move to a different division. If you have questions or concerns about your child's weight contact the coach BEFORE registering.
